thats what i'd do. most people are valuing kinsler much higher this year than last year, but i dont see him being a 1st rd pick, so you will have a good shot at grabbing him at 10, especially because the majority still think utley is better, and would take utley first. kinsler is just hitting his prime, and will be in the top 3 2B for the next 5-6 years at least.
