Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I posted this yesterday but I forgot to post the rosters so here it is. I was offered Franklin and Markakis for Harden and Hairston Jr. The counters I'm considering are offering
Kotchman/Rowand/Lopez/KazMatsui Harden and Rauch for Broxton/Wilson and Beltran/Markakis/Howard/Utley. Which players do you think I should offer for which players? I might also try to get Lackey or Saunders, but that means I would ask for a worse hitter. Thanks here's our teams.
bn Hairston Jr
Okay im tied for wins (4-4), im tied for losses (3-3), and im losing in ERA (3.38-3.24)
im in 5th place and im playin against the 1st place team.
im winning 8-4.
Do i pitch Wellemeyer against the Phils to try to win the wins category and to lower my ERA and possibly winning 11-3, but risk getting a loss and only winning 8-5?
Or do i call it quits and take a 8-4 win?
Trying to trade Michael Young (my current util) for Corey Hart, or closers. He has a bad SS, and Young is currently ranked 3rd overall among all SS's.
I need runs/sb's and saves most.
Would Young for Hart be good deal for me and fair?
Any other players with good speed stats that Young could pull in?
He also has Brian Wilson, Percival and BJ Ryan as his closers i could try for. His SS is his weakest position on his team and he has said he's interested in Young.

Considering Young has some nagging injury problems, obtaining Hart for him might be fair if it upgrades your OF more than downgrading your SS.
Who is your replacement for Young?
If he wants to trade a closer I'd go for Ryan first, unless era, whip, and k's are meaningless to you.
I give Ben Sheets and I get Alex Rios. I need OF help and im 150.9 over in a 10 man 5x5 roto league that i currently lead by 4
Can I get better value or take it...meanwhile Im dealing him to a guy that is behind me by 20 points and is over by 50 innings.
Thanks in advance

I'll suppose your innings limit is 1250. If that's the case you might have only three or four starts left for Sheets unless you milk it and start only him.
Rios' main value this year has been SBs. If that's what you need help with and/or he's better than your other OFs, go for it, but you might be able to get something better...but that depends on time and other managers.
20 team league. Who should I drop for Jed Lowrie?
