Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
11 team roto:
I give up Hanley and BJ Upton (or I could give up Kemp instead of Upton, but I woudl lean towards Upton)
I get Hamilton, Webb, Kobayashi and Tulowitski (or I could get Hardy instead of Tulowitski - unsure on this one).
Also - I currently have a trade pending where I gave up Sherrill and Rodney for Hamels to a guy way over in innings but in need of saves...but it might get vetoed so it's not accounted for below.
OF: Vlad, Kemp, BJ Upton
UTIL: C.Davis, Adam Jones
SPs: CC, Volquez, Cain, Jurjens, Parra, Carpenter
RPs: Gregg, Sherrill, Broxton, Rodney, Farnsworth
Should I do this trade?
Should I do it with Tulo or Hardy?
Should I do it with Kemp or BJ Upton?
He's in the middle for saves and near the bottom for batting so Martin would help a lot for Suzuki (which is who he has as catcher now). I guess I'll try that you think I should as for someone else besides Dunn. Thanks by the way.
Our Yahoo league trading deadline is Aug 10th. Does that mean trades have to be accepted by Aug 9th 11:59pm, Aug 10th 11:59PM or offered on either date. Haven't played in a Yahoo league in some time and could not find an answer in the help section.
Well I have Navarro as a replacement which would be a lot worse but Wright would be good and I could put Figgins at utility. Plus I have 4 closers plus Wood on the DL so I can get rid of one. I wasn't sure if Martin Rowand and Percival would be enough to get Wright and Dunn, or do you think I should just stay with my team or do a different offer?

One would normally expect to get someone better for Sabathia.
Of course, it depends if the managers are present in your league and who wants to trade.
If you think adding Ramiriez will do more for your team than subtracting Sabathia at this date, ok, but you might try for a better bat.
I just traded Sabathia for Dye and people thought I was crazy, but I needed to get a deal done fast.
