I've been offered J Santana and Figgins for Hamilton, Billingsley, and Sheets. I think...

I've been offered J Santana and Figgins for Hamilton, Billingsley, and Sheets. I think I'm losing too much because my SP isn't very deep (In my opinion it's solid, just not deep as I've only got 4) and am leaning toward rejecting the offer. What would be a fair counter offer? I'm more interested in Santana (obviously) than Figgins because my offense is pretty good right now but my pitching is fairly weak. Here's my team right now (before the trade). It's a 5x5 roto league with lineups setting daily.

i'm in a 10 team h2h league with very actice but not always smart managers...i have made 15 trades and worked the waiver wire constantly so that i could deal the hot players while they were still hot. So far i have not lost a matchup and i am 20 games up on the next guy. please rate my team 1-10 and leave any comments that you think could help me....
