it's my specialty. I've read more scouting reports than you'd ever believe. Ask me about the prospects in your keeper leagues and I'll give you the low down on what to expect from them long term.

Price is a future ace, featuring a low 90's fastball with a lot of movement, a plus plus slider, a plus change and great command. He has better overall stuff than Scott Kazmir. But don't expect him to an impact this season. He has spent the entire season so far in extended spring training working with coaches and pitched yet. He was actually supposed to make his debut today for high A, but the game was delayed. Either way, while missing 2 months of pitching and not starting at AA as some expected, he won't reach the majors this season. Jacob McGee and Wade Davis will make it to Tampa this season though.

assuming this is normal 12 team league dropping Escobar is fine if your DL slot is filled. Masterson won't be in the rotation for long this season, and probably is either traded or moved to the bullpen after this year. But streaming a Red Sox starter is never bad. Long term Masterson really just projects as a good number 3 in a rotation. A lot of value if he gets a shot with the Sox, a lot less value for most other teams. A move to the bullpen makes him worthless unless you are in a holds league, as Papelbon isn't going anywhere.
Don't drop Franklin for Chris Perez in any yearly league. Perez will close down the line, but his control was extremely erratic in the minors and he walked way too many guys. He won't be closing this season. Snatch him up in long term leagues though (if you are in a long term league I don't think Franklin is the player to drop for Perez though).

Clement has a lot of value in a 20 team league, and with Soto's breakout someone is likely to overpay.
Joyce really isn't that good of a prospect long term, but the Tigers moved so many prospects in he'll get a lot of playing time. Projects more as a 4th outfielder, plays good defense but has a long swing. Would likely hit .275 20 HR and 80 RBI in his prime if given a starting job, but who knows if that will happen.
Olson is a finess pitcher who projects as a 3/4. But playing for a bad team, in a hitters park in that division doesn't give him great fantasy value long term.
Should I add any FA pitchers to my teams?
SP Johnny Cueto (Cin - SP)
SP Daisuke Matsuzaka (Bos - SP)
P Oliver Pérez (NYM - SP)
P Ryan Dempster (ChC - SP,RP)
BN Zack Greinke (KC - SP,RP)

DL Pedro Martínez (NYM - SP)
I'm in 4th in 15-team roto league, need AVG and SAVES primarily -- secondarily Runs and RBI
I have solicited offer for SP, since I’m projecting over in SP innings pitched
Offer #1, Zambrano and Lopez – for Brandon Phillips
Offer #2, Maine and Kent – for Mauer and Aybar
Offer #3, Zambrano – for Matsui and Bonzer (I have already replied that Bonzer doesn’t fit on my roster, and we’re both looking for a better fit)
Yep, SPs get injured – but, would you do a trade with my roster? If so, which one looks best? Which one looks closest for the best counter offer?
BTW, no one is giving up save players – which I desperately need
OF Ben Francisco
OF F. Lopez
BN C. Patterson
BN L. Scott
RP F. Cordero
RP J. Johnson
Hold tight at this early stage in the season? Or trade now for AVG and Run/RBI stats.
