The rest of the Staff is a 6 on a 10 scale, you don't really have a true ACE but a servicable staff. You have a lot of young talent too, which is good.

I wouldn't call Zito either. He is a good option to start in favorable matchups. He isn't somebody you want to just plug in every start though. Hughes is in the same boat. He will have too many bad starts to just plug in.

I see you have all the good Cleveland BP arms covered! That along with Papelbon might get you league average Saves. You'll want to search for an emerging closer sometime during the season to push you into triple diget saves. Those closers however should help you in K's and WHIP ERA quite a bit.

That brings me to the fact that you only really have two solid starters. You need to trade a position player for a third. You'll also need to have a roster spot open to rotate a starter in and out for spot starting. (This could be Zito's spot) If you don't you will fall way behind in Wins and K's despite putting up good percentages.

All in all I give it a C+, I could work with it and still expect to compete.
