I prefer depth...try to spread your stats out as evenly as possible over as many players are you can....that way a major injury doesn't take out 20-30% of your production.
Ok, it that's your feeling, do you then advocate trading top guys to obtain depth.... say, trading away Arod for Garrett Atkins and Chris Young of SD (totally hypothetic scenario, btw)
That's a very reasonable strategy....I'm doing something like that in one of my leagues...got too much quality SP, dealing some of it away to fill some other holes.
depth is more important, but always load up on power first
