in Roto leagues I like to get a few 5-tool guys (Upton for Tampa and Granderson for Det are money in roto) and also I like to draft 3 or 4 STUD closers. First of all, they will keep your innings down so you have wiggle room towards the end of the season to bulk up on starting pitchers if you need k's and wins. Secondly, they by far have the best ERA and WHIP ratios of all pitchers, so you'll score high in those categories. They also give you high strikeout rate so for the innings you are using, you're getting good strikeouts. Like I said, if towards the end of the season you are low on wins and ks (which generally happens with a team full of stud closers) you can try and trade players or pick up free agents to get wins and whatnot.
I think you definitely need another closer, and with that many SP, you will surely run out of innings in early September. The idea of offering Sabathia and, say, Ankiel for Roberts and a decent closer is very good. Also, consider dropping your weakest SP (Pettitte or Zito) and picking up Hennessey - he's the Giants closer, but because Yahoo has him ranked at 334, he is off everybody's radar. Currently only about 10% owned.
Also note that Billingsley is starting for the Dodgers, not relieving.
Do you have an answer for my question about Weeks/Ankiel?
I wouldn't worry about getting a stud closer. I'd be more worried about getting a ungrade at either 2b, 3b, or ss. Offer up either Webb or CC along with one of your OFs for a top notch infielder along with a middle of the road closer.
