Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
12 team 1QB/2RB/3WR/1Flex/1K/1Def/6Bench .5PPR Standard
Didn't draft a kicker or a defense to see how the preseason ended. After last night I am sure I am dropping Johnny Football, but need help dropping another. The obvious/not so obvious choice would be a TE for sure. But I see so much upside in them. The next choice would be a WR. But I see the same. The one I am actually falling out of love with is Williams, which is sad because I took him in the 12th round... Any insight would be much appreciated.
There are a significant number of players who shouldn't be rostered including 2 TEs, Manziel and the cast of a thousand WRs. The oddity with your roster is having only marginal RB depth with the lavish over staffing of other positions. Wright, Wheaton and Manziel are the easiest culls for a defense, kicker and more RB depth.
I would go with Manziel & Wheaton, mainly because you can pick up another QB for Cutlers bye week & even though Wheaton is #2 WR for PIT, you are deep enough at that position, to where it will not hurt you.
Looking at a trade to help my team. H2H, .5 PPR. Thinking of trading Maclin & SJAX for Garcon & M Austin.
My current WR: Dez, Maclin, Wallace, Wheaton, J Hunter RB: Foster, R Jennings, SJAX, Miller, Ridley.
Other team: WR: Fitz, Garcon, DJAX, Tate, Austin, Streater RB: Gore, CJnoK, FJAX, Freeman.
Trade helps him a bit with RB & he has handcuff to SJAX & I get better at WR.
I know my RB are not too solid on paper, but feel Foster & R Jennings are going to be solid this year. Plus I am looking at other trades as well to maybe land R Bush.
