Draft Strategy - How roster limits affect value?

I have the 4th pick in my 12 team league. This league has very specific roster configurations, so I want to get input on this strategy. Your roster must always have:
    2QB - Start 1, 3RB - Start 2, 4WR - Start 3, NO FLEX, 2 TE/K/DEF - Start 1 each
Because you know how many players will be drafted at each position, you know what the bottom level is for each position:
    24 QB/TE/K/D, 36 RB, 48 WR
I have experimented in mocks, but is very tough because of the FLEX. I have experimented and I actually like my roster best if I can do this:
    1) Calvin Johnson, 2) Jimmy Graham, 3) Larry Fitzgerald, 4) Dwayne Bowe, 5) Lamar Miller, 6) Mathews/Ivory, 7) Stafford/Romo/Wilson
Even if every team has 2 RB before I have 1, they shouldn't begin taking a 3rd (bench player) in the first 6 rounds. This means I can get guys like Miller/Bell/Ivory/Mathews/Richardson to go with stud pass catchers. Plus, without benches, I am able to mix and match my 3rd RB each week to maybe play the hot hand/injury fill in.

I think this league puts a prememium on WR. Thoughts on strategy and value of WR? Thanks
