Good trade. Personally, I really like players with massive upside, so I do have a soft spot for Griffin. But it's quite obvious that Wilson is both the safer and better player at this point in time. Not only is it unknown when RGIII will return to game shape, it's very possible he may not be the same player. For a QB who relies heavily on his legs, ACL surgery can really affect his performance. Beyond that, the fact he is dependent on scrambling in order to be effective increases his chances for injury.
Its also important to remember that the Seahawks just added Harvin, which greatly improves their WR core of Rice, Tate and Baldwin. Contrast this with Washington's WR lineup of Garcon, Moss, and Morgan, and its clear that Wilson will be throwing to superior targets.
The one area of concern for me, if I was making this trade, would be the rushing yards and TDs. Those can be more valuable than gold to a fantasy QB, and elite rushing QBs like RGIII are quite rare. The injury risk can offset some of the scoring upside, but assuming he can come back (and stay) healthy, RGIII has the potential to make this trade look quite foolish in hindsight.
