Eh I wouldn't do it. Yes from a need stand point it makes all the sense in the world and it certainly isn't a bad trade. Personally though I think Rudolph can be a top-5 TE this year so I don't see Gronk helping you THAT much. From a pure value stand-point I think you can do better for T-rich if you want to trade him, but personally I would keep him in your flex spot unless someone blew you away with an offer.
