First time fantasy NFL draft - How did I do? Any pointers?

Hi guys, so I'm a first timer for fantasy NFL, and I'm not the biggest expert on NFL players/stats; I've been a pretty casual fan until now. As of now, my roster includes:

    (Had 4th pick)
    QB: Tom Brady
    WR: Roddy White
    WR: Reggie Wayne
    WR: Darrius Heyward-Bey
    RB: Maurice Jones-Drew
    TE: Jason Witten
    TE: Dustin Keller
    W/T: Laurent Robinson
    W/R: Reggie Bush
    BN: Jay Cutler
    BN: Jabar Gaffney
    BN: Rashard Mendenhall
BN: Alfred Morris (Just added him and lewis, dropped jake ballard and beanie wells)
    BN: Marcedes Lewis
    K: Stephen Gostowski
    DEF: Baltimore
    BN: Dallas

Is there anything I'm lacking/have too much of? I don't really know much but keep my starters starting until a bye week (and then I'd put in the backups) and that I wanted to draft all the starting positions first before getting backups.

Any input would be really appreciated, I'm trying to learn a lot more about the NFL players and whatnot because I'm a near-expert when it comes to the NBA and fantasy basketball but pretty much a novice when it comes to football.

    -D

    • for the future wait till your last 3-4 rounds to draft a defense and kicker should always be last round.. try to stock up on more wrs/rbs even if their on your bench because you will have busts on your team plus if they end up being a star then you could always trade them. with that being said its a decent team.. rbs are nice and having brady is always awesome. id try trading morris for a decent wide receiver like jordy nelson, desean jackson
