QB - Peyton will be a good starter in your league, and Luck will make for a solid backup.
RB - Mcfadden is definitely a high risk/high reward type guy. If healthy, he is easily a top 5 back. Charles is a very nice RB2. Jackson is a great RB 3. All of these guys catch passes as well. Nice depth with Ridley and Williams.
WR - You are slightly above average here. I like Smith, Brown, and Bowe all as good WR2s. Wayne is a very good bench WR. I can see him being a solid WR3 this year. As far as rice goes, you might be better off with Amendola, or possibly Bess. Hang onto Rice for a couple of games though and see how he looks before making a decision.
TE - Gates in the 8th is excellent value. I have him as my No. 3 TE.
DEF - Seattle has a very nice defense. Nice pick.

Overall, I would say you have one of the top 3 teams in your league. You have great flex options, which helps your team out a lot. If DMC stays healthy, you should be a lock for the playoffs.

14 Team League. 15 Roster Spots

I had the 1st pick in the draft.
      PPR League
      League Starting Positions: QB,WR,WR,RB,RB,TE,FLEX (wr,rb,te), ,K, DEF

      Starters:
      QBs - Phillip Rivers
      RBs, Arian Foster, Chris Johnson
      FLEX: Frank Gore
WRs- Desean Jackson, Kenny Britt (when he comes back from suspension)
TE- Scott Chandler (you would be surprised if you didn't see his production last year)
      K- Sebastian Janikowski
      DEF- Philadelphia Eagles

      Bench:
      QB: Andrew Luck
RB: Ryan Matthews (most likely replace flex spot when he comes back)
WRs: Davone Bess, Laurent Robinson, Alshon Jeffrey
      TE- Kyle Rudolph

The RBs, here is the tricky and gutsy part by me. I knew going into this draft that I was the 1st pick and that it was going to take awhile to get back to me after I picked Arian Foster in the snake draft. Keep in mind I was able to pick 2 players back to back due to snake draft. This was my approach for each round :
1st Round: RB - Arian Foster
2nd Round: RB - Chris Johnson
3rd Round: RB - Frank Gore
4th Round: RB - Ryan Matthews
5th Round: WR - Desean Jackson
6th Round: QB - Phillip Rivers
7th Round: QB - Andrew Luck
8th Round: WR - Kenny Britt
      9th Round: DEFENSE - Philadelphia
10th Round: WR - Laurent Robinson
11th Round: WR - Davone Bess
12th Round: WR - Alshon Jeffrey
      13th Round: K - Sebastian Janikowski
      14th Round: Kyle Rudolph
15th Round: TE - Scott Chandler

I always go 4 RBs immediately in the draft no matter what, having a good RB core the whole year will be nice, and I won't have to pick up any RBs on the waiver wire as long as they stay healthy. I was surprised myself that all those RB 1's stayed on the board until it was my turn, so I capitalized heavily on that. Everyone was too busy picking WRs and QBs while I sat there calm and picked 4 RBs right off the bat. I won the league last year due to this formula with my RBs and I hope to win it again this year. 14 man leagues are very competitive and true RB 1's are very scarce so I had to make sure I was well equipped in the beginning, especially in a 14 team league.Plus, RBs have a dual threat in PPR since they run the ball and catch as well. Yea the team is slightly weak at WR but it doesn't matter because I only start 2 WRs all year and Desean Jackson and Kenny Britt are surefire WR1's on their respected teams. WRs come a dime a dozen more often than RBs, patience is key! As for the TE spot, if you don't have Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski, or Aaron Hernandez then there is a large drop off in TE production which means there isn't much difference between the #4 TE and #25 TE, its almost a crapshoot.

I found out that I'm in a 1-ppr league after I drafted my team. Its a 12 team league. Now I am trying to make a trade. I offered another manager My Aaron Rodgers, Desean Jackson, and McGahee for his Stafford, Welker, and Sproles. He messaging eachother, im under the impression that he doesn't like it although he hasn't rejected it yet(its just 24hrs). I want this to go through relatively quickly because I don't feel like he would go through with it after seeing how many points welker and/or proles will put up on sunday lol. After looking at my team, can you give me some advice on how to tweak the trade to get it to go through.
        Here's my team:
        qb-rodgers
        wr-bryant
        wr-d. jackson
        wr-wayne
        rb-charles
        rb-mjd
        flex-mcgahee
        te-gresham
        bn-t. young, r. moss, m. bush, k. hunter

        his team:
        qb-stafford
        wr-c/ johnson
        wr-welker
        wr-d. moore
        rb-gore
        rb-sproles
        flex-wells
        te-finley
        bn-holmes, bess, jacobs, r. brown

        Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Great team for 14 team league. I have no idea how Chris Johnson came back to you in round 2, and I have no idea how Ryan Mathews came back to you in round 4. It is a ppr league and both of those guys had 50 or more receptions last year. Let's look at each position now.

QB - Rivers is a very good option, especially with 14 teams. I think Luck will be a very good backup.
RB - You have 4 great ppr backs. Foster, Johnson, and Mathews all had 50 or more catches. Although Gore did not have many catches last year, he has clearly demonstrated in the past that he can catch the ball.
WR - I am not a big fan of Jackson, but I like the addition of Britt. Britt will be a monster if he can stay healthy and out of trouble. Bess could be a very good ppr option.
TE - I would have liked to have seen Gresham or Cook here, but you will survive.
K - Janikowski is a top notch kicker.
DEF - Eagles are nice defense.

I think your team would have to be the league favorite to win, as long as your backs stay healthy. I would have liked to see you grab a 5th RB as opposed to 5 WRs. You are average at WR and weak at TE, but your RBs will be such big ppr studs that it won't matter. Enjoy back to back championships!
