Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I'm in a 12 team PPR league with very deep rosters. My flex is a WR or TE. I drafted 10th in a snake draft, and my team looks like this:
QB - Philip Rivers
RB - LeSean McCoy
RB - Matt Forte
WR - Hakeem Nicks
WR - Steve Smith (Carolina)
FLEX - Percy Harvin
TE - Jimmy Graham
DST - Patriots
K - Jason Hanson
QB - Russell Wilson
RB - Donald Brown
RB - Cedric Benson
WR - Danny Amendola
WR - Davone Bess
WR - Brandon LaFell
TE - Coby Fleener
Tomorrow after a trade goes through I'll have one spare roster spot. I'm thinking WR but it's pretty shallow for FA in my league. I'd be looking at Doug Baldin, Alshon Jeffery, Nate Burleson range of players.
Yeah, scary starting lineup. Doug Baldwin should be a steady eddie when he's healthy, but Alshon Jeffery would probably have a higher upside with B.Marshall drawing all the #1 cornerbacks. Burleson is nice a definate snag if Megatron or Minitron get dinged.
That's one of the best teams I've ever seen for a 12 teamer. Is there money involved in your league and if so, can I get in next year??? :) I mean yeah, your bench is suspect but def serviceable!

McCoy just sorta fell there. Nobody stretched real high on their picks. The first 9 went something like: Foster, Rodgers, Rice, Brees, Calvin Johnson, Brady, MJD, and Stafford. Keep in mind the draft was 2 1/2 weeks ago, when the panic meter on MJD was far less.
