hi wayne not sure why u cut my team because i had a co manager im going on vacation the other guy is running my team for 2 weeks instead i paid my money and u cut me?

Click the "My Team" tab and select the team settings and it will take you a page where you can "invite" someone to be a comanager. But be weary Im in a league where the manager will only allow 1 manager per team and insubordination will result in 50 points removed from the next weeks match up.

To add a co-manager:

My Team -> Edit Team Settings -> Co-manager Settings

I don't think there is a way to block it, other than locking the team. At least I cannot find anything that would allow me to stop it. Could be the option doesn't appear until a team assigns a co-manager.
