Thats better for you. My guess is he passes, since he wanted an RB1 and we havent seen enough of Battle to say he is even Flex worthy.
I wouldnt rush a trade through until after this weekend, this way you get to see Battle play and Tebow. My guess is that Tebow can produce more points than Stafford.
I would try to get Rodgers. Offer him romo or tebow and matthews. I mean alot of people are on the tebow bandwagon right now so his trade value might go high. He might think he is getting a steal with tebow, but in all honesty you would never use him if you had rodgers and you could plug in stafford on rodgers bye week. And your wrs you have plenty that you could use in the flex spot also. Maybe also you could try to trade romo and get a decent rb or wr for him if someone is thin at qb. Might be worth a shot. you don't really need 3 qbs.
Yea I'd agree, Mathews and Romo or Stafford, whoever he likes better. Doesn't really matter who you prefer because you won't be playing either, except for Rodgers' bye next week.
That still leaves you with enough WR depth to play one, and a good one at that, at your flex
Assuming he will only accept 1 of Rice, McCoy, or Mathews. You have to pass.
Trading 1 of them away, would really put your flex position on question. You'd have to start either Battle or a second rate WR in the flex. To me the upgrade from Rodgers over stafford isnt enough to make up for the loss at the flex.
Tebow has potential to be a fantasy stud, see how he plays this week.
Also, see how Battle plays this week. If they give him around 20 carries and he runs for 100 yards again, KC will probably commit to him and you'd have more depth to make the trade.
