Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I am really torn on this. I have Josh Freeman, but Rivers is better...right? They currently have about the same amount of points for the year.
Steve Smith is currently my #2 WR behind Wes Welker (#1) and I have Santonio Holmes as my #3. We play 3 WRs each week.
I could try to replace Steve Smith with a rotation of Sidney Rice or Johnny Knox.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would keep what you have. I have Freeman in one league too with Hasselbeck as backup. He's coming along. He will get in sync with M.Williams soon...and he gets 3-4 points per game rushing and GL TD's which helps. Smith will be Cam's #1 target all year. I agree with the other two that Rivers takes a big hit without Gates and Sproles...what the hell were they thinking trading him? I say stick with Freeman and Smith.
That's a pretty good blow to your WRs but it's a definite upgrade at QB. I don't know about it. I don't trust Rice with Jackson playing QB and Knox is always going to be hit and miss. Not sure if Rivers will outscore Freeman by enough to make that up.
