Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
But I feel like I might have to...
Here's my team
QB - Rivers
WR - Calvin
WR - Mike Williams (TB)
RB - Mendy
RB - Blount
W/R - Holmes
W/R - Hightower
TE - Keller
D/ST - Lions
K - Hanson/Novak
San Fran D/ST
As you can see my RB situation sucks... Mendy is a bust and the Pitt O Line sucks. Hightower probably lost his starting job. And Blount is a ? mark. What do I do?
For me Calvin is just one of those guys you can't trade. If you do you'd better get back a top tier RB. The thing is, your RB situation isn't great but it's not terrible, either. You've got a nice QB riding the bench, who will ride the bench all season other than Rivers' bye week. Why not try to package Schaub or Rivers for someone? You will get consistent production out of both those guys and you may be able to get a big RB upgrade without sacrificing the best WR in the game. But as with all these what should i do threads, it's very hard to judge, because it all varies depending on what other team's needs are.

I agree. I'd hate to trade Calvin. I'm gonna try and package Schaub for a decent RB. If people don't bite I'll try Rivers.
I wouldn't mind either way, being that I traded Best and Freeman for Rivers to a guy that desperately needed RB help.

That's exactly why I don't wanna trade him. Not sure what I'd get in return, haven't shopped him around yet. Might consider seeing what the guy who has AJ would offer me, depending on the seriousness of AJ's injury.
