Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Ok I am looking to trade Aaron Hernandez away for a better WR. I already have Gates as my starter. My WR core is a little weak though. I have Jennings, Amendola (out), Burleson, Rice, and Harvin. We start 3 in a PPR leauge.
There is one team that is stacked at WR that has weak TEs. I would probably pair Hernandez and maybe Rice, which WR should I go after though that would be fair to both parties. They have:
i would go for marshall and the reason why being that what your giving up isnt the greatest but he has good wrs and should be good with it bc not many people think marshall will be good this year but I bet that monday night game is just a start they are going to go to him a lot this year...
ok do I trade b. wells and tim hightower for j charles
Damn, Rice is awesome and especially in PPR he should have been drafted before A.Johnson, so I think A.Johnson would be the only choice and still I think you would be losing out b/c like I said, Rice should have been drafted before A.Johnson.
My question: Im interested in acquiring Stafford (I have Romo, but the Stafford owner also has Freeman and Kolb, so he is probably not interested in trading for a QB) in a PPR Dynasty league. I was thinking of offering him V.Jackson/S.Holmes for Stafford/K.Britt. Do u guys think that would be a fair trade or lopsided towards one of the two sides? Thanks.
I think your best bet is Marshall or Manningham. Try for Marshall first and if he rejects, then go for Manningham. There's no way I would take that offer that you are proposing for Johnson or Austin. I'm not sure it Seattle will be a good spot for Rice. Jordy Nelson looked great in week one, but I don't know if he will be consistent. I owned Hernandez last year and he frustrated the hell out of me. He'd score 2 TD's one week and then catch 3 passes for 25 yards the next. I would definitely make this trade while his stock is high. I think his potential is ridiculous, but he has too much competition on his own team.
Now, for my question:
I'm debating on starting a WR or RB in my flex position. My options are:
I would be willing to trade Hernandez/Rice for any of the following in this order:
1) Miles (he prob won't do this)
2) Marshall (ditto, but maybe)
3) Mario (stock is low coming off a slow week and has nice upside, most likely trade)
He will laugh at you if you ask for Andre and Jordy isn't solid enough to trade for imo.
