Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I gave up Foster, and the three worst guys on my team (Torain, Jacobs, Knox) and got Greene, Gore, Eli Manning, and Britt.
Foster was the only starter I gave up, and I'll end up starting everyone but Britt, who'll be my fourth WR. 12 league team.
QB- Cassell (now Manning
Rb1- Foster (now Gore)
TE - Finley
W/T - Lloyd
W/T/R - Jones (now Greene)
Bench: (Fred Jackson, Addai, -Jackson, -Torain, but now with Jones on the bench too)
(Manninghamm, Mike Thomas, Bess, -Knox, Breaston, and now Britt too)
(Newton, and now Cassell)
Hands down you got the best of it.
Arian is clearly ranked top 3 in his class, but we have all only seen one year of production. Gore is bound to miss a game or two, but in all actuality, no RB in the league is safe from injury.
You improves multiple starting positions on your team, as well as depth and only conceded in hind sight a few notches worth on the RB rankings scale.
I still love gore so he is right there in the 7-12 range for running backs in my eyes, and I've got Foster at a clear 3. So you came up big my friend. Let's just hope everyone can stay healthy.
your team would have been sick with Foster. I personally wouldn't have done it. He scored like 100 more points than any other RB that's hard to replace...Gore seems like he gets injured a lot but maybe its just me. Greene is unproven...I think Eli and Cassell are a wash. Britt is a nice addition but you already have a sick WR core.
