    Expert Advice

    Hey there,

    I am in a 14 team H2H PPR league

    Scoring stats are

QB = 25 yards per point, 6 pts per TD, -1 per INT, and 5 pts = 300 yards

    WR/RB = 10 yards per point, 6 pts per TD, 0.5 per reception, and 5 pts = 100 yards

    Roster Size:

QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, 7 BN

What would be the best strategy. I have been doing some Mocks and tend to go after and lock 2 RB right away. Then i go after 1 or 2 WR then my QB .

I'm targeting Eli Manning in the later rounds. The guy threw for 4002 yards and had 31 TD. His value is lowered for the fact he threw 25 INT. Brees who is going very early threw for 4620 yards, 33 TD and 22 INT. The difference between the two can be 5 or 6 rounds.

Is that a good strategy? The type of WR i get with 3rd RD is like Mike Wallace.

    Any suggestions?

    • There is nothing wrong with that strategy, but I always go with a stud RB, followed with a stud WR. Since you start 3 WRs there would be value in having a great one over at that position. There is nothing wrong with Manning, he has a lot of options and he will have a fine year in his own right.
