Fitzgerald or Lloyd?????

someone offered me Fitzgerald for Brandon Lloyd. this is a non-ppr league. was thinking of countering him because he has hakeem nicks. The rest of my WR's are:
Calvin Johnson
Dwayne Bowe
Santana Moss
Pierre Garcon
and Vincent Jackson (I have the room on my bench for him)
