Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Someone has offered me a trade in my 10 team league.
Receive: Felix Jones, Cedric Benson
Give: Steven Jackson, Kenny Britt
QB: Drew Brees
WR: DeSean Jackson
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
W/T: Chad Ochocinco
RB: Steven Jackson
W/R: Pierre Thomas
TE: Jason Witten
DF: Pittsburgh Steelers
BN: Eli Manning
BN: Clinton Portis
BN: Santonio Holmes
BN: Mario Manningham
BN: Kenny Britt
BN: Nate Burleson
BN: Tony Scheffler
Notice I have only 1 RB on my bench due to a recent trade I did. Should I do the trade or wait it out and pursue free agency?
I'm leaning toward a no. Thanks for feedback, appreciate it.
This actually seems fairly simple to me - no. You'd either be playing S.Jax and P.Thomas or C.Benson and P.Thomas. Obviously, the first is better. I know the depth is nice, but I don't believe in trades to strengthen a bench.
Based on your current bench, It's really at matter of if you like Benson or Jackson better. Personally, I think we might get a little suprise from Portis this year - not huge #'s, but a nice bye week filler depending on matchups
P.S. - i like Jackson better
