I play in a league that starts QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, QB/WR/RB/TE, K, DEF/ST. In this league QBs get 6 points for throwing a TD. With this scoring format I am thinking about taking two QBs within the first 4 rounds? I believe in most drafts the first round should go CJ, Rice, AP, MJD, Gore, Turner, Andre Johnson, Rodgers, Brees, but with the possibility of starting two QBs I am looking for opinions on whether I should go QBs even sooner.

    • With 2 QB slots and an enhanced QB scoring system, If you get a pick outside of the front 4, you should probably take the 2 best QB's you can. If you can net any combination of Rodgers, Brees, Manning, Schaub, Romo, Favre, you'll be pretty much set week to week on their power alone.

If people don't show up to your draft, yahoo picks often suck in custom leagues, so you shouldn't really decide right now what to do. But keep in mind that QB's are going to carry your league champions this year, and you shouldn't risk waiting if you have the opportunity to snare one.

    • Im in a similar league....... QB's are a premium get the 2 best possible and even grab a third sooner than later. At 6 pts /TD they will outscore all RB's I grabbed Rivers 2nd rd followed with Cutler 4th and Flacco 6th. I had 2nd pick and had to take CJohnson Breese went 1st

    • OK Live draft would help a LOT! Auto you can't really...so lets assume Live.

And a lot depends on where you draft. First 5 and you have to go RB. 6th or later a QB or WR is tempting, there will still be good RB's when your pick comes around again. But, if someone takes a top QB in the top 5 then watch everyone else follow so grab fast.

Two in the first 4 rounds? I don't think so. You will leave yourself WR poor. Look deep for QB's. Lot of them this year.

      Good Luck
