Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
This is my second draft this year and I did pretty well the first time and believe this time was better it is a 10 team draft, unfortunatley I went 10th.
RB: S. Jackson
WR: S. Moss
RB/WR: Felix Jones
RB: M. Bush
RB: C. Williams
Before I get crucified for having two kickers, originally I drafted Miami's D as a backup D, and drafted Feely as my kicker. Then I decided I don't really trust the Arizona offense with Leinart and no Boldin, so I waived my backup D and Feely and picked up the two guys fighting for the job in Houston. Once it is determined who the kicker is, I will waive the other guy and pick a backup defense.
I'd prolly say 7-8. The one spot where I'd say is weak is WR. I'm not big on Bowe and I personally like Devin Thomas more than Santana Moss.
I love the Jackson/Mendenhall combo at RB. Also love the pick of Felix. I think he could have a pretty big year this year.
everythings solid except for maybe your receivers. they arent the worst, but i wouldnt feel too confortable with them. and your backups are the same. you're backup qb, rbs, and te are good, but your bench wr's are a little sketchy. i cringe when i hear the name braylon edwards, chambers was okay, and evans........... well........ i guess somebody has to catch a pass in buffalo right?

Daniel, I will try and be polite, but you asked me how White was an average number one WR in another post, so I don't know how much of an expert you are.
In a 10 person league each team should only get 3.2 starters at RB, I got 5 and based on my own rankings obviously everyone's are different, 5 of the top 33 RB's,(where do you rank C. williams)? that isn't solid it is one of the best in any league, I went 10th so maybe the names Jackson and Mendenhall aren't AP or CJ, but this is beyond solid.
I agree with the WR, I am not a big fan of Santana Moss, but he still is number one in Washington, I also got number 1 in Miami, number 1 in KC, Number 1 the first 4 weeks for the NYJ, the number one in Buf, and Chambers who is underrated 730 yards for my 6th WR. So 6 of the top 50, I agree I sacrified WR, for other positions.
Miles Austin, Steve Smith of NYG, and Pierre Garcon went undrafted in many leagues last year, you can usually find decent WR's on the wire after a few games, people usually have the top two RBs on all teams, so it is alot more important to make sure you are strong at RB, QB, and even TE, than it is WR.
