Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Would you cut Marshawn Lynch for Beanie Wells or any of these players?
Beanie Wells 395 rushing yards 3 tds 49 receiving yards
He is on good offense who throws the ball a ton with an easy playoff match up stl and det, but Hightower is still there
Cadillac Williams 418 rushing yards 3 tds 117 receiving yards 1 td
He continues in a backfield timeshare with Derrick Ward in Tampa and isn't getting may catches in the passing game
Laurence Maroney 378 rushing yards 4 tds 51 receiving yards
He splits carries with Faulk and may see his numbers decrease since Sammy Morris (knee) is on the verge of returning and New England is running back by committee .
Tough call. Beanie plays for a pass first team and has to share limited running duties with Hightower. That said, Arizona has an easy schedule down the stretch, and when they are ahead, the run the ball a lot more (or make short passes).
I'd grab Beanie. And...you might get him. Yes, he had a big week, but so did Charles, Forsett, and other possible FAs.

I might not get him either since a lot of backs got injured too westbrook, benson, brown etc but lynch isn't doing a thing a buffalo is just horrible i know wells shares time and they pass i wish i could find a back who is in a running offense who starts but it is getting very thin with all the injuries
