Kind of depends on your depth at RB. Jackson is a HUGE improvement over Cotchery. Slaton is a bit of a risk right now because of his benching last week, but even with his fumble troubles he was a top 10 ranked RB. If you'd still have two solid options at RB if Slaton is a bust the rest of the way, I'd do it.
