    • I Need to start 2: S Jax @ Seattle, Gore @ Arizona, Kevin Smith @ NO, or Ray Rice vs KC???

    • 12 team PPR League.

      Give Lynch and Rice
      Get A Johnson and Thomas

      Leaves me with

Romo, Edwards, A Johnson, Wayne, Ocho, LT, Thomas, McFadden & Moreno

Concerned about RB depth. But being PPR this could be an off the hook team.

      • Do you start 2 RBs 2 WRs? Or is there a flex spot? I think I do like this trade for you b/c you have some solid upside guys in DMC And Moreno along with your RB1, RB2. Plus, you get a top-5 WR in PPR.

I like Lynch, but not sure how much they are investing in Fred (a lot depends on the first 3 weeks). I am not big on Rice as most. He is a super talent, but I just think they have a lot competition at that position, too much for my liking.

I think you can feel confident in trade. If you need to, you can trade a WR later on for RB.

    • who would u start lance moore or anthony gonzales - im startin dallas clark too

    • The players that i currently have starting Wk 1 are Kurt Warner, Andre Johnson, T.O, Maurice Jones-Drew, Mike Bell, Vernon Davis, and at flex W/R Josh Morgan.

Bench players: Pierre Thomas (Because it's likely that he will miss Wk 1), Donnie Avery, Brent Celek, Trent Edwards, Darren Mcfadden and Ray Rice.

I am unsure about starting Josh Morgan though. I'm thinking about starting either Ray Rice or Donnie Avery at the flex W/R position. What do you think would be best according to my league Score settings?

      Offense League Value
Passing Yards 20 yards per point; 2 points at 300 yards; 3 points at 350 yards; 4 points at 400 yards
      Passing Touchdowns 6
      Interceptions -2
Rushing Yards 10 yards per point; 1 points at 100 yards; 2 points at 125 yards; 3 points at 150 yards
      Rushing Touchdowns 6
      Receptions .5
Reception Yards 15 yards per point; 1 points at 100 yards; 2 points at 125 yards; 3 points at 150 yards

    • Quinn,,, start rice and gore

    • 10 team H2H, 0.5 PPR, 6 points for rushing, receiving and passing TDs.

      QB-Phillip River
      WR-Calvin Johnson
      WR-Vincent Jackson
      RB-DeAngelo Williams
      RB-Clinton Portis
      WR/RB-LenDale White(I just drafted, so I can't move him)
      TE-Chris Cooley
      Def-New York Giants
      K-Neil Rackers
      HC(Head Coach)-Packers

      BN-Antonio Bryant
      BN-Lance Moore
      BN-Derrick Mason
      BN-Jamal Lewis
      BN-Glen Coffee
      BN-Matt Hasselback
      BN-New York Jets(Def)

I'm not looking for a rating, just general weaknesses and strengths, and also an opinion on this trade I just proposed.

Chris Cooley and Giants D for Antonio Gates and Eagles D. My mentality is to get Rivers and both of his favorite targets on the starting lineup. Am I right or wrong to aim for this, and is the drop from Giants to Eagles/Jets weekly matchups too big a drop?

I'm also looking to strengthen at RB. Any potential trades you can think up?

      • Well, I agree that RB is your weakness. I am big on D Will, but would like some better insurance for Portis...you have Coffee, which could pay off Gore goes down...but just not much depth.

I do like the trade b/c I don't think D's deserve any value...so for me, it is Cooley for Gates, and that is a no brainer.

As for strategy, I am not big on having more than 2 on the same team (for bye week among other reasons). I would try to move V Jax for a solid RB. He has good value and between Bryant/Moore you have a solid WR2 option each week.

I would move Moore to my flex this week. He is on #1 offense playing DET...you do the math.

    • Hi i have r.bush, d.williams, and d.mcfadden in a NON ppr league.

      I have a ton of wr's b.marshall, fitzgerald. e.royal, r.wayne, a.bryant

I wanna trade fitz for s.slaton straight up should I? You think he will accept he has a ton of rb's pretty good ones too and his wr's are not strong

    • ok i have a guy whos willing to go with the trade i want after long negotiations... i need a QB heres my team:
      Eli/ Cassell
      Bowe/ Colston/ D. Jackson/ Holmes/ Breaston/ Hayward-bey
      Gore/ Portis/ Mcgahee/ P. Thomas
      Gonzales
      Lindell
      SD
      i get Rivers/ Mcfadden
      i give Gore/ Holmes

      what do you think?

      • I think this may frustrate you (b/c I know how it feels to work at trades forever), but I don't like this trade.

You are giving up your best RB. Gore stays healthy he is a potential for top-5 back IMO.

I do like the idea of upgrading QB, but do it at expensive of WR not RB. What about offering Holmes for Palmer? Owner prob has him on bench, and you can hype Holmes up after great performance last night.

I just don't like trading a first round player for at best 3rd and 4th round picks, likely later rounds for one or both.

    • Well, both I would say...you have enough depth at WR and weakness at RB, you need to use one resource to help another.

But even if that wasn't the case, I would still say keep Gates of V Jax. Gates and Witten are two TEs I wouldn't draft, but they have such a disparity in points, if you get them from a dumb owner (like you seem to be doing) you should bask in the likely 5-7 points more you average a week at a specific position.
