I'd hate to break it to you, but you haven't got the pieces to get Fitz off the other guy unless you're willing to part with Forte.
After Forte your backs are ordinary as well and aren't really much of an upgrade over his backs (if at all).
Studs for duds deals don't get accepted, especially when the other guy isn't getting what he is really after in return.
Moral of the story - you're not getting Fitz unfortunately because the only back he would want is Forte and you wouldn't want to give him away because that would kill off your RB corps... =/
The good news is that I think you'll be just fine without Fitz anyway - you're more than solid at WR for a 12 team league.
One guy to look for though is Hakeem Nicks - if he's still an FA then grab him and drop Morgan.
Yeah, in terms of RBs for Fitz I don't have what it takes, but you have to look at his team and realize his team is weak at RB and WR. I guess he could upgrade at TE too. My point is that he might want a RB in an ideal situation but nobody is going to give him top value for Fitz at this point. He's been offering Fitz for all the 1st rd RBs with no luck.
My WR corp is great, i know that. But I want to pair Jennings with a stud.

There is no but here - to get Moss you'll have to give Jennings anyway and it's just not going to happen.
You're trying to get someone to make you feel good about a stud-for-duds trade and it's just not going to happen.
You don't need Fitz and for what you'd be willing to give away a trade either wouldn't be accepted or would get vetoed.
Pure and simple.
