Since this is a PPR and S Jackson needs to be traded, I would say R Grant and B. Marshall. I would like to say R White, but Atlanta does not get a break this year with their schedule. I reallize it is a keeper league and that being said, B Marshall is better long term anyway.

i would say kevin smith is your best for a keeper league he is young and very talented yes hes on the lions but he still put up numbers... every time he was given atleast 20 carries he got 100 yds... but since u have 2 top running backs u need to take the top reciever r white is the number 1 w an up and coming qb look at him if hes still there. if hes not there look at d bowe can also develop w cassell...brandon marshall has a lot of off the field problems so watch out for him

You need to take the best WR available since you have Jackson and Peterson, and I would take Welker in PPR over Bowe, if hes available. Some PPR leagues have Bowe as their #1's, but they have stud RB combos as well.
