Confused by Trade Offer
My opponent in Week 1 is offering me a trade...he never drafted a QB and is offering this to me...
I give up
My backup is Hassleback
My RBs are Grant and Brown
My WRs are Andre Johnson, Fitz, and Ochocinco
My TE is Donald Lee
Id be dumping McClain, Branch, and Pettigrew
Im confused b/c of the 5 for 2 is it worth it?This topic is deleted.
I say u do it because u lose strength at QB and WR, but your getting moore and holt so your WRs will be fine. But you're getting way stronger at RB and TE. I would do it but I would then take holt, lee, and brown and try to trade them for a solid back up. Somebody like carson palmer or kyle orton.
I'm sorry I can't past the fact that someone in your league drafted a roster with no QB.
On a more serious note, while I'm oversimplifying it, the winner in a trade is generally the one getting the best player back. You are giving the best two players in the deal and getting a bunch of accent pieces back.
Maybe make the trade after you play him. If he's too dumb to draft a QB, then make him suffer. OR counter-offer and take a couple of his big guns for Rogers. You control him in this case.

you want portis and wittin.. There probably wont be a huge gap between hasselbeck and rogers. but the gap between brown and portis and witten and lee will probably be pretty big. He clearly wants rogers.. Offer him Rogers, Lee, and Brown for Wittin and Portis... You'll definitley better your team.. I promise
