That's a lot to give up, BUT Marion Barber has a terrible schedule for the fantasy playoffs, so this would be a HUGE upgrade at RB for you. If you're in dire need of a QB, this is a trade you should make. If not, it's still a decent trade. It's a lot to give up--your WR's aren't great without Marshall--but it's still AP. If you're in a PPR league, I might be a little more hesitant; otherwise, it's a good trade.
