Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
every year i try to put a league together, and every year i get guys interested, who claim they'll be competitive, who just end up ruining the league for everyone.
12 teams, 2 are abandoned, and i'd say another 6 are simply non-competitive. some of the guys just refuse to be active. they wait until friday or so to check their line-ups, and maybe make a move in free agency.
i desperately need to make a move for this week (trade has to be accepted by today). i know it's not the most important thing in our lives, but there's no reason it should take 3 days to address a trade. now, i'm likely screwed for this week because i couldn't get a trade worked out because of people dragging their feet...
i feel you on this one. 2 guys in a league im in havent made any moves at all since the start of the season. they just abandoned it. What really makes me mad is that they draft really good players or key players and they are just wasted on that team. Me or other players could use em on our team but cant.

yeah. what frustrates me most is people who just push it off. i talked to this guy tuesday morning about this trade, and he said he'd look at it that night. then i sent him a text wednesday, and he said he'd definitely look at it that night. and now it's thursday, and i'm still waiting on him...
and i really need to make a deal. i like this one a lot, so i'm waiting on him, but maybe i should have abandoned it and went with a lesser trade instead. at least i'd have a better chance of geting it done before game time.
