Actually, SJAX and Grant for RB seems to be rather fragile at this point. Your WR are pretty solid if you're starting 3. SJAX plays for the worst team in the NFL and you can't run when ur down 20 every game. Doesn't matter how good sJax is. I hear that Grant is having hammy problems and he's big and older...doesn't sound that good. You should definitely drop sammy morris (only good for flex) for Brandon Jackson, Grant's back-up.
If you are to trade Cutler, his trade value is as high as it will be this season. Trade not for a wr but a RB with Grant or something for one of the more premier RB's.
Remember, Cutler is your BACKUP.
Clearly, you should take this trade.
If there is one weakness on your team its...well your WR and Steve Smith is supposed to be pretty darn good.
Randy Moss definitely took a hit with Tom Brady's injury..he's not worth benchin but he's definitely not first-round caliber anymore. Think about it this way...you are trading a back-up who is having a breakout year for Steve Smith and Kurt Warner who will do just fine filling in for your bye-week.
You are trading two players who have exceeded anything that they've ever done for two players that have shown that they have been able to regularly perform at the level that you can only hope that Anthony Gonzalez and Jay Cutler can maintain.
In a keeper league, I'd say no way. If its just for this season, I say hell yes. Cutler isnt better than Romo.
A.Gonzalez and J.Cutler might stay hot all season but I'm not one to make that bet. I say go with Kurt Warner and Steve Smith.
I think you should keep things the way they are. I'm not high on Warner for the reason that Arizona has played two bad teams in Miami and San Fran. Cutler did shred Oakland, who is also terrible, but he did the same against San Diego. I like Cutler way more than Warner and I don't think you'll be improving your WR corps, which is solid, by that much by getting Smith.
