      also randy moss and edge for bush and julius jones.

      are any of them good trades or should i try to get T.O. from him. they both have similar stats. and i just dont know what to do. my other rbs ar AP and tomas jones. plus with cassel at qb for the pats i dont know how productive moss will be. my recievers are reggie wayne and andre johnson. also roy williams.

      • No I don't like either trade; Bush has high value right now. Moss is risky due to QB play. You can ask for TO from him, but he won't accept at all because he knows Moss is expendable due to TO. You just need a better QB, so I suggest Edwards or O'Sullivan from FA and start either over Cassel this weekend.

    • I'm in a 8 man leaque. I am 2-0. no points per reception. 10yds rec/rushing = 1pt, TD rushing/rec/passing=6pts, 20yds passing=1pt.

      Should i use McNabb for a trade? I am thinking if I can get a number 1 rb or #1wr i would be very strong and tough to beat. When Colston comes back I would be very tough. The only thing that could hurt me would be injuries. I have had interest in McNabb from a Palmer owner and Brady Owner. What do you think? I might be able to Steve Smith or Steven Jackson.

      My TEAM:
      QB=Romo
      WR=Hines Ward
      WR=DeSean Jackson
      WR=David Patten
      RB=AP
      RP=Michael Turner
      TE=Jason Witten
      W/R=Isacc Bruce
      K=John Carney
      DEF=Baltimore
      DEF=Pitt
      BN=DeAngelo Williams
      BN=Marques Colston
      BN=Laurence Maroney
      BN=Patrick Crayton
      BN=Donvan McNabb
      BN=Tennesee

    • HIGHLY competitive 12-team league. QB scoring outlined below. Everything else fairly standard with PPR and return yards credit (25 yds = 1 pt). No strong starting QBs avail in FA.

      I have Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers, both off to stellar stars but we only start one QB. Tom Brady owner (now playing Campbell) and the Carson Palmer owner are both interested in acquiring one of my stud QBs.

      Context for value of QBs in this league:

      QBs get 1pt for every 20 passing yards, 0.2 pt per completion, 6pt passing TD, 5 bonus pts at 300 yds, 2 more at 350 and a final 3 at 400. The TOP FIVE scoring players in our league after two weeks are ALL QBs. Third year league, consistently, out of the top 20 players any given year, 7-9 will be QBs.

      ***Brees gives you the best chance to reach those points and bonuses***

      My team: start QB WR WR RB RB WR/RB TE K DEF
      Brees, Marshall, Jennings, AP, MJD, Shockey, Crosby, PIT
      Bench: J. Stewart, Kevin Smith, J. Fargas, Sammy Morris, S. Slaton, Ray Rice, Eddie Royal, J. Cotchery, Aaron Rodgers.

      Question 1: Do you trade Brees or Rodgers or keep one as a valuable back-up in case something happens to one throughout a long NFL season?
      ***I would trade Aaron Rodgers for a RB***

      Questions 2: If you do trade what options you like?
      *** If you could trade Rodgers for any of the RBs below, it's definitely Frank Gore...if not, Lynch...if not, Bush.****

      Palmer owner has: M. Barber, M. Lynch, Steve Smith
      Brady owner has: F. Gore, R. Bush, A. Boldin, W. Welker

      Palmer owner has D. Clark and Brady owner has C. Cooley. I feel the need to upgrade over Shockey but neither of those two guys have been that good...I like the NOR offense enough to stick with Shockey another few weeks.

      ***John Carlson on FA? If so, pick him up and start him; if not, stick with Shockey anyway***

      I will only trade my QB for a stud WR or RB. They are that valuable in our league. Do you make the trade and who do you target? I lean towards getting a strong stud RB even tossing in a Slaton, Morris, or Rice to make it happen. That way my new
      stud becomes my #2 back and MJD my every week flex play.

      ***yes, throw in a freebie like Rice, Morris, or Slaton***

      I'm a little thin at WR should Jennings/Marshall go down but Royal and Cotch are in for good years. Should I target Boldin/Smith knowing that at times they might ride the pine?

      ***No, don't worry; they are all durable; Boldin hasn't finished 16 games consistently.****

      I know, long post...but there it is...thoughts?

      ***Pretty much you just need a RB to win the league; I would dangle Royal or Stewart for a decent backup QB in the long run to substitute for Brees on his Bye week***

    • i have boldin, chambers, and driver as wide outs. my tight end is witten and scheffler. this guy want scheffler and i get shockey and edwards what should i do. also if you have marshall and royal would u start both or put in jackson from phil instead of royal thank for you input

      • I like your WRs and suggest Scheffler for another quality WR because Driver is a bit weak. You don't need another TE. I definitely would start both Marshall and Royal against that easy NYJ Def over DeSean against PITT def.
