I'd pull the trigger on that deal. You're right that Brown is a downgrade from Grant with Ricky Williams stealing carries in MIA, but I think TO is a bigger upgrade from Marshall that you would come out on the positive.

Not really sure you're set on RBs outside of Addai if you do the deal - I do like K.Smith, but only time will tell if he proves to be a fantasy stud.

man i like Brandon Marshall but Cutler only had like 5 games last year where he threw for more than 2 TDs unlike Romo......im big on TO this year......so I would keep Owens
