Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I have never had the #1 pick in 12 years of playing fantasy football/ over 100 teams.
LT is proven
AP has alot of potential( I am an OU fan, so a little biased to AP)
LT is a must.. and honestly if u get points per reception westbrook is a better option than AP.. look we all love the potential after last season.. however LT doesnt give carries elsewhere.. and he does it year after year..and im not a charger fan.. just a guy who won his league last season becuase LT was so consistant. remember last year AP had a game down the stretch where he basically produced crap for fantasy points.. i know this because i faced him that game..

End Result: LT
Bench is McFadden, Felix Jones, mendenhall
Eli, J. Gage, and B. Engram
I need to upgrade depth at WR, but think i'm ok to start
LT, Heck I'd even consider taking Westbrook before him (And actually if it's a PPR league I'd definitley take Westbrook before him).
AP definitley has alot of potential and put up some great numbers last year but:
1.) I worry about injuries (obviously this can happen to anyone but he is prone)
2.) He was inconsistent. Personally I want a guy that is going to help me win all my games, not just crush my opponent in half of them.
Just my 2 cents, can't go wrong with any of the above referenced players though...
I would stick with LT.
He has always garunteed over 1000 yrds & over 10 TD's in 7 seasons.
It would be like saying Sanders sucks.
AP has great potential.
I would like to see him one more yr to garuntee it over LT.
Plus now they got some WR's, they may pass it a little more.
