Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I need help!..here is my team
romo, eli, favre
wayne, driver, stallworth, ward, burleson
alexander, portis, tjones, jordan, chatman
no kicker at the moment..been playing matchups but dropped kicker for chatman thinking i could pull off some kind of trade which is where i need your help!!!
dallas d --on a bye this week so i need help trying to find a replacement for this week
ok...can you guys please help me with specific trades on who i should get and who i should give up? i picked up chatman because he is averaging almost 7 yds a carry...he could potentially put up huge numbers...my rbs have been very hit and miss..some weeks they do great (portis this week) sometimes they dont (tjones) and sometimes they just suck all around (ALEXANDER!!!)...how can i make my team better?

exactly...my rbs are too inconsistent..if i can pull off a trade to get a consistent rb..i'll be fine..im 4-3 right now..scored the most points in my league twice so far this year...i know my team isnt horrible...i can probably lose a couple more and still manage to pull of the 4th spot and make the playoffs...but i also know my team isnt good enough to win unless alexander gets it together
well you've got problems all around, but the Chapman pickup was smart. I'd package Portis either Romo or Eli (preferrably Eli) and Driver and try and get somebody's #1 receiver - go for moss, housh,or steve smith. If not, get them to throw in a serviceable back with the likes of a Boldin, wes welker, Chad Johnson, Marvin harrison (though I'd stay away since you have wayne), or Andre Johnson are some good bets. Portis is you're best bet to get some good value back - and he's probably a bit overrated right now, so its the best time to sell him.
