You need to trade talent (or potential) to get talent. And right now you got little of each on the trading block. I'd look at the rest of your team and see if you could trade someone decent for someone with upside, or double up two consistent good players for one really good player or vice versa. If you can trade a Shaun Alexander (or someone similar) for a consistent #2 RB and a #2 WR, that might help you out.
