    of course its a great trade... but he wont go for it or at least I wouldn't. He is losing his best receiver with no one to fill the position. Vince young is marginally better if even that than a waiver steal, and dallas clark = witten at the moment they are interchangeable. try i guess but i doubt hell go for it.

      any ideas for an alternative, I dont like gore's production but think he's too muc...

      any ideas for an alternative, I dont like gore's production but think he's too much to give for jacobs and i dont think i'll get peterson for him straight up. I also want a little more depth at WR.

        It's hard to get rid of 1st picks, I know. But this year is not going to be as produc...

        It's hard to get rid of 1st picks, I know. But this year is not going to be as productive a year for gore as it was last year. Alex smith was horrible this season and couldn't get the offense going and now that he is out they have to resort to dilfer, who is NOT the answer... without the ability to stretch the field, the linebackers know the run is coming and it will be stopped time and time again... trade gore for jacobs.. the giants are top 5 in offense this year and jacobs will be a huge part in that for the rest of the year getting no less than 20 carries a game. he gets all the goal line touches also..
