Roto Arcade - Fantasy

Here's the final batch for this year. Before the end of the month I'll put together a batch of 2009 pre-ranks.

Quarterback

  1. Kurt Warner
  2. Drew Brees
  3. Peyton Manning
  4. Jay Cutler
  5. Aaron Rodgers
  6. Tony Romo
  7. Tyler Thigpen
  8. Matt Ryan
  9. Philip Rivers
  10. Donovan McNabb
  11. Matt Schaub
  12. Shaun Hill
  13. Matt Cassel
  14. Eli Manning
  15. Ben Roethlisberger
  16. Kyle Orton
  17. Jake Delhomme
  18. Chad Pennington
  19. Brett Favre
  20. David Garrard
  21. Jeff Garcia
  22. Joe Flacco

Comments: Obviously the training wheels are off Schaub after his brilliant return at Green Bay . . . Maybe you can trust Favre at this point, I can't . . . Interesting to see three dome quarterbacks at the top, not that it's intentional . . . Say this for McNabb, he handled the Jersey winds a lot better than Eli Manning did (albeit Manning lost a long touchdown pass courtesy of a Domenik Hixon drop).

Running Back

  1. Adrian Peterson
  2. Matt Forte
  3. Thomas Jones
  4. Brian Westbrook
  5. Michael Turner
  6. DeAngelo Williams
  7. LaDainian Tomlinson
  8. Steve Slaton
  9. Maurice Jones-Drew
  10. Steven Jackson
  11. Marshawn Lynch
  12. Chris Johnson
  13. Clinton Portis
  14. Pierre Thomas
  15. Ryan Grant
  16. Ronnie Brown
  17. Brandon Jacobs
  18. Willie Parker
  19. Reggie Bush
  20. Joseph Addai
  21. Frank Gore
  22. Larry Johnson
  23. LenDale White
  24. Marion Barber
  25. Derrick Ward
  26. Warrick Dunn
  27. Jonathan Stewart
  28. Kevin Smith
  29. Sammy Morris
  30. Justin Fargas
  31. Le'Ron McClain
  32. DeShaun Foster
  33. Cedric Benson
  34. Tatum Bell
  35. Tashard Choice
  36. Chester Taylor
  37. Kevin Faulk
  38. Leon Washington
  39. Maurice Morris
  40. Tim Hightower
  41. Jamal Lewis
  42. Mewelde Moore
  43. Dominic Rhodes
  44. Darren McFadden
  45. Willis McGahee
  46. Ricky Williams
  47. Fred Taylor
  48. Darren Sproles
  49. J.J. Arrington
  50. Carnell Williams
  51. Selvin Young

Comments: There's no right answer on the hurt guys, we'll just have to play it by ear . . . Slaton does something impressive every week, running inside, outside, catching the ball, understanding game situations . . . Give the Titans credit for getting White back on track . . . I wouldn't start Lewis on a dare at this point . . . Sproles isn't built for 15 touches a week but he's still not used enough on offense.

Wide Receiver

  1. Anquan Boldin
  2. Larry Fitzgerald
  3. Roddy White
  4. Calvin Johnson
  5. Greg Jennings
  6. Brandon Marshall
  7. Steve Smith
  8. Andre Johnson
  9. Reggie Wayne
  10. Terrell Owens
  11. Randy Moss
  12. Dwayne Bowe
  13. Antonio Bryant
  14. Wes Welker
  15. Marques Colston
  16. Kevin Walter
  17. Hines Ward
  18. Eddie Royal
  19. Donald Driver
  20. Lee Evans
  21. Lance Moore
  22. DeSean Jackson
  23. Bernard Berrian
  24. Steve Breaston
  25. Santana Moss
  26. Jerricho Cotchery
  27. Vincent Jackson
  28. Anthony Gonzalez
  29. T.J. Houshmandzadeh
  30. Isaac Bruce
  31. Santonio Holmes
  32. Laveranues Coles
  33. Mark Clayton
  34. Torry Holt
  35. Derrick Mason
  36. Domenik Hixon
  37. Davone Bess
  38. Amani Toomer
  39. Marvin Harrison
  40. Donnie Avery
  41. Braylon Edwards
  42. Ted Ginn Jr.
  43. Devin Hester
  44. Chris Chambers
  45. Muhsin Muhammad
  46. Reggie Williams
  47. Justin Gage
  48. Chad Johnson
  49. Michael Jenkins
  50. Deion Branch
  51. Kevin Curtis
  52. Jason Hill
  53. Roy Williams
  54. Nate Washington
  55. Antwaan Randle El

Comments: I was tempted to go even lower on Moore and Berrian, but there aren't a lot of trustable options left at this position . . . It's never been a question of talent with Bryant, it's been a matter of motivation and maturity. Someone's pushing the right buttons there . . . Bruce has a good thing going with Hill, no doubt about that . . . Pennington still throws all those lollipops, but if you get open, he'll find a way to get the ball to you. Bess fits in nicely here . . . Another season of proof that you can never trust Chambers for any extended period of time . . . Thanks for the 2008 memories, Matt Jones

Tight End

  1. Tony Gonzalez
  2. Dallas Clark
  3. Dustin Keller
  4. Jason Witten
  5. Chris Cooley
  6. Antonio Gates
  7. Owen Daniels
  8. John Carlson
  9. Kevin Boss
  10. Tony Scheffler
  11. Zach Miller
  12. Jeremy Shockey
  13. Greg Olsen
  14. Visanthe Shiancoe
  15. Donald Lee
  16. Vernon Davis
  17. Heath Miller
  18. Bo Scaife
  19. Marcedes Lewis
  20. Anthony Fasano
  21. Billy Miller
  22. Todd Heap
  23. Jerramy Stevens
  24. Kellen Winslow
  25. L.J. Smith
  26. Martellus Bennett

Comments: Gonzalez wanted a trade out of Kansas City two months ago, but he's gone ballistic in the second half. It's funny how things work out . . . Daniels gets an obvious bump from the Schaub return . . . Milk Carton, meet Antonio Gates.

Kicker

  1. Neil Rackers
  2. Rob Bironas
  3. Stephen Gostkowski
  4. Garrett Hartley
  5. Giants Kicker
  6. Mason Crosby
  7. Adam Vinatieri
  8. Jason Elam
  9. Matt Bryant
  10. Jets Kicker
  11. Nate Kaeding
  12. Robbie Gould
  13. Nick Folk
  14. Ryan Longwell
  15. Matt Prater
  16. Dan Carpenter
  17. John Kasay
  18. Jeff Reed
  19. David Akers
  20. Phil Dawson
  21. Rian Lindell
  22. Matt Stover
  23. Shaun Suisham
  24. Kris Brown
  25. Josh Scobee
  26. Joe Nedney
  27. Sebastian Janikowski
  28. Josh Brown
  29. Connor Barth
  30. Olindo Mare
  31. Jason Hanson
  32. Shayne Graham

Comments: It took a while but the Saints finally have a keeper at the kicker spot, Hartley . . . Carpenter's getting a kickback from Miami's drive-and-stall offense . . . Don't go crazy with weather angles, but it's always nice to have a safe spot for your kicker at this time of year.

No defenses this week, but we can discuss them in the comments. That's the biggest week-to-week fluctuation spot anyway.
