The regatta featured the host No. 8 Texas plus No. 14 Duke, Notre Dame, Oregon State, UCF, Iowa, Oklahoma and San Diego. The Second Varsity Eight provided the highlight of the day for the Irish, as Emily Stinebaugh, Bailey Amenabar, Erin Dolan, Mara Bhalla, Kelly Fischer, Bridget Adam, Anja Renkes, Lauren Saunee and coxswain Sammy Hedrick just bested Oklahoma in the B Final.
