Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry is emerging as one of the NBA's most exciting players. There was last week's possibly accidental off-the-glass alley-oop that helped the Dubs beat the Washington Wizards. Then there was the budding superstar's dagger against the Boston Celtics. But Curry's skills aren't limited to games.
In a clip posted on the team's website Tuesday, the NBA record holder for most three-pointers made in the regular season launched a full court shot at the end of practice. Of course, the ball swished in — but what made the attempt truly incredible was how effortless Curry made it look. We can't wait to see what the future All-Star has in store next.
Meanwhile in college hoops, Arkansas earned a thrilling 87-85 overtime victory against No. 13 Kentucky thanks to Michael Qualls' heroics. With time winding down in the extra session, Razorbacks junior Rashad Madden's three-point attempt rimmed out. But Qualls was there for the two-handed putback dunk — a jam that may have saved Arkansas' season.
