New Zealand Haka dance draws humorous reactions from Team USA

The New Zealand national rugby team has been performing the Haka for over a century. Known as the All Blacks, the squad has carried out the traditional Maori dance that features yelling, stomping feet and, yes, tongues sticking out since 1905. In recent years, other Kiwi teams have participated in the ritual, including the national basketball team. Such was the case Tuesday in a matchup with Team USA during the FIBA Basketball World Cup.

The reactions by several NBA stars, including Derrick Rose, James Harden and Kenneth Faried were priceless. Rose looked baffled. As did Harden, whose blank stare was noted on Twitter.

Faried raised an eyebrow. As for the game itself, the American were not intimidated by the Haka, winning 98-71. But, oh those expressions.
