LaDainian Tomlinson puts former home (complete with rope bridge) up for sale

LaDainian Tomlinson has been trying to unload 18755 Heritage Drive in Poway, Calif. for nearly two years. The 9,610 square-foot estate, which sits on 13 acres in a gated community in the San Diego area, features five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and is currently listed at $3.495 million. That's $5,000 more than LT bought it for in 2004. But Tomlinson and his family have moved back to Texas and don't need the sprawling mansion anymore. So what makes the property truly special? How about a pool that features a "pirate-style" rope bridge and a home theater that has half of a vintage Ford Mustang in it!

That's different

Moving to baseball, Roberto Perez had an especially memorable first career home run in the big leagues. The Cleveland Indians catcher's deep drive to left was initially ruled a double but was overturned on replay. The Tribe beat the New York Yankees 9-3.
