A cappella version of Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!! theme song

Bobby McFerrin won Grammy Awards for Song of the Year and Record of the Year in 1988 with his No. 1 hit single "Don't Worry, Be Happy". He famously recorded the track a cappella — without any instruments. And if there were awards given out for recreating video game theme music with only vocals, YouTube user Smooth McGroove might take home some hardware as well. His version of the soundtrack to the Nintendo Entertainment System staple Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! is nothing short of brilliant.

The video (which had well over 350,000 views as of late Thursday night) shows the Oklahoma-based artist voicing all the parts to the well-known '80s game's theme — along with clips from the game itself and his black cat. It's mesmerizing. And if you're a fan, McGroove has also done his own versions to the themes of other games like Street Fighter 2 and Super Mario World. Check out his YouTube page here.

Finals rematch

Moving to the NBA, the San Antonio Spurs beat the Miami Heat 111-87 Thursday. It was the worst loss of the season for the two-time defending champions. LeBron James even ditched his mask during the blowout defeat.
