The premise is that the 16-time Grand Slam champion has a show on Tennis Channel 2 called "At the Bar With Roger Federer." It's amusingly absurd and manages to both turn Federer into an absurd character (a la Sean Connery in those old SNL "Jeopardy" sketches) while still spoofing his enormous ego (and I don't mean that as an insult to Fed -- he has many great traits, none of which happen to be humbleness):
I'm not sure what that accent was (Drago from "Rocky IV"?) but any skit that compares Federer to a chipwich and name-drops Anna Wintour, the Olsen twins and a unicorn is fine by me.
