Nathan Redmond's mom can barely contain her excitement at Wembley
Monday's Championship playoff final – aka the "richest game in football" for its estimated $185 million Premier League windfall – brought elation to Norwich City fans, who saw their beloved Canaries beat Middlesbrough 2-0 at Wembley to join Bournemouth and Watford as Premiership promotees.
No Norwich supporter in the crowd, however, could match the joy of Michelle Redmond.
Michelle is the mother of Nathan Redmond, the 21-year-old midfielder of Norwich. And one can only imagine the emotion she felt when her son's strike found the low left corner of the net to make it 2-0 Canaries in the 15th minute, just three minutes after Cameron Jerome gave Norwich a 1-0 lead.
Filled with pride, Michelle let the world know what she was experiencing via Twitter.

It's been a breakout season for Nathan, who led the Canaries with 13 assists to go with five goals during the grueling 46-game Championship campaign. He was recently named to England's provisional Under-21 squad for this summer's European Championships and has caught the eye of Roy Hodgson for a possible senior team callup.
Credit hard work and dedication for Nathan's success. But don't discount the importance of a mom's devotion and commitment. Before Monday's playoff final, Michelle made sure Nathan stuck to his pregame ritual.
