Champions League: Barcelona survives, Arsenal and Chelsea fall, Bayern rolls

It was another crazy day in the UEFA Champions League. And another day of disappointment for the Premier League sides.

Barcelona struggled in its first game without the injured Lionel Messi and trailed Bayer Leverkusen well into the second half before getting an equalizer by Sergi Roberto in the 80th minute. Two minutes later, Luis Suarez scored for a 2-1 comeback victory at the Camp Nou.

Three days after looking like Premier League title contenders in a 5-2 win at Leicester City, Arsenal experienced more frustration in Europe against Olympiakos. After Alexis Sanchez's header made it 2-2 in the 65th minute, the Greek side responded a minute later with the eventual winning strike by Alfred Finnbogason for a surprising 3-2 victory at the Emirates.

The other Premier League team in action – Chelsea – continued its defensive struggles in a 2-1 defeat at Porto. The Blues were slow to react to Maicon's winning header in the 52nd minute.

And Robert Lewandowski just can't stop scoring for Bayern Munich. The Polish striker bagged three more for the German giants in a 5-0 thrashing of Dinamo Zagreb at the Allianz Arena.
